BOOKING INFORMATION

• Currency: Payments are processed in USD at checkout.

• Mentorship Programs: If you are booking a mentorship package with multiple sessions, your booking will secure your first session. Steph will then provide a private link to schedule your remaining sessions.

• Session Formats: All sessions are held via Google Meet or Telegram unless otherwise stated. In-person Ecotherapy sessions are held in Riverton (Moores Reserve) or Otatara (secret location). There is a dropdown box on the booking form to state your desired location.

• Results Disclaimer: Healing is a co-creative process and not guaranteed. This work is not a “magic pill” and does not replace medical or psychological care.

• Preparation: Please arrive on time, in a quiet space where you can be fully present. Bring any materials (journal, art supplies, etc.) as outlined for your session.

• Due to the personal, energetic, and time-based nature of this work, all sales are final and non-refundable once your booking is confirmed.

• Commitment: By enrolling in Goddess Ministry Mentorship or any other program, you are committing to your own transformation and to showing up for the full duration of the container. Your space is held for you exclusively, which means it cannot be offered to someone else once your program begins.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, 48 hours’ notice is required. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited.

• Payment Plans: If you have chosen a payment plan, all payments must be completed in full, regardless of your level of participation

• Exceptions: In rare cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, a credit toward future services may be offered at Steph Mac’s sole discretion.
